How Fordonsbolaget increased the conversion in its sales with the Rules Blocket function

The customer, Fordonsbolaget, a car dealership, sought a solution to collect and manage customer data from leads generated on platforms like Blocket. Their challenge was to obtain customer consent to communicate with them after their initial interest and to navigate GDPR compliance. They partnered with the vendor Rule to address this.

Rule developed a custom "Blocket function" that automatically creates a user profile in their platform whenever a potential buyer contacts Fordonsbolaget through a Blocket ad. This allowed the dealership to set up automations for follow-up and create segments based on car model interest. As a result, Fordonsbolaget now owns its customer data, significantly increases conversions by contacting leads at the right time, and builds longer-term customer relationships.
