NCC engaged Ruffalo Noel Levitz’s Academic Program Demand Analysis to identify program-level opportunities and refocus priorities toward areas with higher return on investment, particularly health sciences.

Ruffalo Noel Levitz implemented data-informed planning tools and ongoing consultations — including the Academic Program Demand Analysis, the Student Retention Predictor, and motivational surveys — and helped NCC track nearly every funnel stage from inquiry to enrollment. The partnership produced measurable impacts: improved data entry, tracking, and reporting; a full-time data-entry hire that freed admissions staff; intrusive advising based on predictive scores; plans for evening/weekend nursing and to double radiological technology enrollment; and a strategic enrollment plan informed by monthly Ruffalo Noel Levitz guidance.
