Minnesota State Colleges and Universities - Customer Case Study

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System Office wanted to understand how MnSCU students finance postsecondary education, the effect of higher tuition on student debt, and why students choose a college or university. To support that work, the System Office turned to Ruffalo Noel Levitz for research.

Ruffalo Noel Levitz conducted quantitative telephone surveys, qualitative focus groups, and analyses of existing and demographic data. Minnesota State Colleges and Universities has used the findings to support legislative requests, guide marketing efforts, choose media, and respond to student needs. The research also helped the System Office learn how students make college decisions.
