Ruffalo Noel Levitz ran a 90-day, marketing-automation-driven Leadership Journey that refreshed prospect data, engaged targets across multiple channels, scored activity and survey responses, and transitioned highly engaged prospects to gift officers with tailored briefing information. The campaign achieved a 59% response rate, identified 527 new leadership-level donors (21% of the audience), produced 27 new leadership annual giving proposals, and generated exponential growth in potential leadership donors that will shape future staffing and long-term engagement—results attributed to Ruffalo Noel Levitz.
