Baylor University engaged Ruffalo Noel Levitz to help fulfill its Baylor 2012 vision by meeting new undergraduate enrollment targets, raising undergraduate retention rates, and improving graduation outcomes. Ruffalo Noel Levitz provided enrollment management services—including targeted financial aid and scholarship strategy, recruiting and admissions support, campus visit optimization, student success initiatives, financial aid analysis, market research, action planning, special programming, and ongoing consultation.

Working with Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Baylor surpassed its new-student enrollment goal and in fall 2008 topped 12,000 undergraduates for the first time since 2001, welcoming the second-largest freshman class in school history; incoming-class diversity reached 31.5% while mean SAT remained above 1200 for three straight years. Retention rates for undergraduate, provisionally accepted, and transfer students increased, first-to-second-year retention remained stable, and four- and five-year graduation rates improved—measurable gains attributed to Ruffalo Noel Levitz’s strategies and support.
