How Pachyderm Uses Rudderstack to Master Lead Qualification

Pachyderm, a data science platform for building end-to-end pipelines and tracking data lineage, needed to unify siloed product and cloud-source events so their team could analyze user behavior and improve adoption. To address this, they implemented RudderStack—using RudderStack Event Stream SDKs, RudderStack Cloud Extract, and Warehouse Actions—to build an efficient tracking pipeline and push data into a centralized warehouse.

Using RudderStack to stream real-time events into Google BigQuery, Pachyderm enriched and transformed data with dbt and Sigma, then used RudderStack Warehouse Actions to route materialized behavioral signals back to HubSpot and Salesforce for activation. RudderStack enabled a single source of truth, powered behavior-driven lead qualification (e.g., stopping drip emails when a user creates a workspace), and improved product analytics and marketing/sales activation across their stack.
