Case Study: Adina Apartment Hotels achieves reliable, scalable guest Wi‑Fi with RUCKUS Networks

A RUCKUS Networks Case Study

Preview of the Adina Apartment Hotels Case Study

Wi-Fi lays the groundwork of connectivity for apartment hotels of the future

Adina Apartment Hotels, an upscale apartment-hotel group with locations across Australia, New Zealand and Europe, needed a modern Wi‑Fi backbone to support both guests and hotel operations across existing and planned properties. Key challenges included offering freely accessible, easy-to-use guest Wi‑Fi with simple login, separate networks for guests and staff, uniformly fast coverage in rooms and common areas, discreet hardware to preserve design, reliable performance under many simultaneous devices, minimal disruption during upgrades, and scalability for future digital services.

Working with VINN and RUCKUS, Adina installed 750 RUCKUS indoor access points, RUCKUS Cloud management and 70 ICX switches with redundant power, delivering dual‑band, BeamFlex®-enabled Wi‑Fi controlled from the cloud. The result is free, high‑performance internet and TV mirroring for guests, robust operational networks for staff, reduced on‑site hardware and faster remote support — a flexible, scalable foundation for mobile check‑in, digital keys and other future hotel services.
