The Frontenac Group, which operates four luxury hotels in Paris’s Golden Triangle, needed to replace a third‑party Wi‑Fi service that suffered from interference, patchy coverage and no control or portal customization. They also required full hotel-wide access with minimal alteration to historic properties and the ability to manage their own equipment.

Working with Auranext and Connect Data, they deployed Ruckus Smart Wi‑Fi—four ZoneDirector ZD1050 controllers and 78 ZoneFlex 2942 access points—with an integrated Ucopia gateway for personalized login and billing. The rapid rollout (three hotels in 1.5 days) delivered consistent, interference‑resistant coverage via BeamFlex, centralized management, high guest satisfaction and the flexibility to add IP services and migrate staff networks to Wi‑Fi.
