Atton Hotels, a growing boutique hotel chain headquartered in Chile with properties in Peru, Colombia and the United States, faced guest complaints and unstable connections from a mix of low‑cost wireless systems. The chain needed a centrally managed, high‑performance Wi‑Fi solution that could support guest services and hotel operations reliably across multiple properties.

Working with partner Xecuoia, Atton deployed RUCKUS indoor/outdoor access points and the cloud‑based SmartZone controller, starting with a successful pilot at Atton El Bosque. The rollout delivered centralized management, easier troubleshooting, better coverage and density visibility, and lifted Wi‑Fi satisfaction scores from 3.5 to 4.3 out of 5 (about 90% of guests reporting the Wi‑Fi as good).
