The Executive Centre is a premium serviced office provider with over 75 locations across 20+ cities in Asia-Pacific. As customers began carrying multiple devices and relying on mobile connectivity, the company’s legacy wired-first network and its management platform could not handle high‑density Wi‑Fi—causing interference, outages and poor performance that threatened client productivity and retention.

To fix this, The Executive Centre deployed a centralized 802.11ac Wave 2 solution from Ruckus—including 170 ZoneFlex R710 access points and SmartZone controllers across 78 locations—designed to support up to four devices per person. The new network, using BeamFlex and ChannelFly optimisation, eliminated complaints about signal and speeds, enabled mobility and tiered connectivity products, improved customer retention, and was rolled out within three months.
