Pyrénées Andorra is one of the largest shopping centers in the Principality of Andorra, popular with tourists and locals for its high-end international brands. The mall needed reliable, high‑speed WiFi for shoppers and staff after its existing network began failing under light loads (around 20 simultaneous users), generating frequent complaints and limiting digital services and marketing opportunities.

Pyrénées chose Ruckus Wireless with partner Global Solutions and deployed 22 ZoneFlex 7372 access points, a ZoneDirector 1100 controller and cloud‑based SPoT location services. The new network now supports hundreds of devices simultaneously with easy management, eliminated connection complaints, and provides location analytics and an API that tenants and marketers use for targeted promotions, traffic insights and improved store planning.
