Case Study: King Food achieves faster, more reliable Wi‑Fi across 22 Burger King restaurants with RUCKUS Networks

A RUCKUS Networks Case Study

Preview of the King Food Case Study

Lebanon’s king food rolls out ruckus wi-fi solutions to offer the best quality connectivity

King Food, the Burger King franchisee in Lebanon with 22 outlets, needed to replace an inconsistent, multi-vendor Wi‑Fi setup that delivered poor coverage, isolated SSIDs and no centralized reporting. The legacy system also could not support staff cloud apps (BK Link, Oracle CX), a planned social media analytics platform, or centralized services like in‑store music and voice ads.

King Food deployed Ruckus 802.11ac access points across all restaurants with two ZoneDirector controllers in high‑availability at head office. The BeamFlex-equipped APs and centralized management improved peak‑hour bandwidth and signal strength, reduced interference and simplified administration, while enabling social login analytics and customer insights (footfall, visit frequency) and reliably supporting employee cloud applications.
