Greenfield Community Energy and Technology (GCET), a utility created by the town of Greenfield, Massachusetts, faced the challenge of providing reliable broadband internet access to its community. RUCKUS Networks implemented a Wi-Fi solution utilizing its virtual SmartZone controller hosted in the AWS cloud to efficiently blanket Greenfield's 21 square miles with high-speed coverage.
