Fraser Valley Regional Library deploys 50 RUCKUS switches to deliver reliable online library services

Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL), a pioneering public library system serving a large geographic area, faced a challenge with its unreliable and time-consuming network switches. This was a critical issue as they needed a high-performance network to support their innovative online services, including making the full Microsoft Office suite available to the public via Citrix. To address this, FVRL turned to RUCKUS Networks for a new switching solution.

RUCKUS Networks implemented a solution using 50 of its ICX switches. The new switches were easy to deploy and proved to be highly reliable, not experiencing a single failure. This allowed the public to securely and reliably access the Microsoft Office suite in their local libraries.
