Chuze Fitness ups its game with RUCKUS® Cloud

Chuze Fitness, a family-friendly chain with about 21 clubs across California, Arizona and Colorado (20,000–40,000 sq ft each), needed to upgrade Wi‑Fi as members increasingly expect streaming and reliable connectivity. Their legacy setup—often a single AP per club—suffered crashes, poor coverage and insufficient bandwidth in high-density areas, creating blind spots and a subpar member experience.

TeamLogic IT deployed RUCKUS Cloud with 74 APs in a phased rollout (about three months), using hardwired and mesh APs where cabling was limited, and centralized management via a cloud dashboard and mobile app. The result: fast, reliable high‑density Wi‑Fi, remote visibility and analytics across all 21 locations, quicker provisioning of guest services (social login, member portal), and improved member satisfaction and operational capabilities.
