Arena Hospitality Group expands reliable Wi‑Fi across 1,000 m2 with RUCKUS Networks

Arena Hospitality Group, a major operator in Central and Eastern Europe with a portfolio of 26 properties, needed to maximize guest satisfaction by providing a stable and reliable Wi-Fi system capable of handling multiple streaming devices simultaneously across its campsite in Croatia. To address this challenge, they partnered with RUCKUS Networks.

RUCKUS Networks implemented a solution deploying 225 indoor and 75 outdoor 802.11ac wireless access points to cover 1000 m2 of indoor and outdoor areas. This resulted in significant cost savings from optimized maintenance, increased guest satisfaction through an all-in-one app, and the generation of extra revenue via promotional channels. The solution from RUCKUS also created a future-proof network for adding new services and freed up employees to focus on advancing the guest experience.
