Alpen Group, a major sporting goods retailer, faced challenges with unstable wireless LAN connections, including dead zones in stores and interference at their headquarters, which slowed problem identification and resolution. To address this, they turned to RUCKUS Networks for a new Wi-Fi solution.

RUCKUS Networks implemented its cloud-managed RUCKUS One controller and RUCKUS wireless LAN access points across over 400 stores, headquarters, and logistics centers. This solution provided a stable, interference-resistant network and enabled the centralized cloud management of approximately 1,700 access points. For the Alpen Group, this resulted in significantly faster response times and a smooth, stable wireless foundation for all business operations.
