OnCloud is a leading Mexican service delivery provider (founded in 2014, serving ~120 customers) that simplifies cloud infrastructure for businesses. Faced with complex, non-scalable legacy backup software and slow recovery times, OnCloud needed an easy-to-manage, enterprise-grade backup and recovery solution to round out its end-to-end service offering and win larger customers.

By delivering Rubrik-as-a-Service, OnCloud launched a plug-and-play backup solution that deployed in about 20 minutes and cut RPO from 2 hours to 15 minutes while enabling near-zero RTOs with Live Mount. The new offering drove triple-digit revenue growth, increased traction with enterprise customers, reduced operational and training costs, and freed the team to focus on expansion into new markets.
