Intoowit, the technology arm of Milan-based INGO Group, provides “human technology” solutions and manages a distributed, mostly virtualized infrastructure spanning private cloud and a hyper-converged data farm. The company faced a complex, labor-intensive legacy backup system that could not centralize data management, slowed production during backup windows, and made GDPR compliance and reporting difficult.

Intoowit replaced the legacy stack with Rubrik’s all-in-one data management platform, using deduplication, automated backup/recovery and encryption to centralize visibility and automate replication.
