Rubrik implemented a centralized, policy-driven backup and recovery strategy using Rubrik Security Cloud, with immutable and air-gapped backup copies and faster search-based recovery. The results included at least 50% shorter backup times, a 2.5x faster restore process, and a 40%+ boost in productivity, while backup windows fell from six hours to 1.5 hours and RPO improved by 60% to 75%.
