Rubicon performed an in-depth audit of the company’s waste bills and equipment and introduced improvements to drive transparency, efficiency, and savings. The results included a 50% increase in recycling rebates, 12% gross savings on waste spend from baseline, $100K in additional annual savings from installed balers, consolidated reporting and flexible billing, optimized bin sizing and service frequency, and a reduction of 68,393 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually.
