Pete & Pete Container Service, Inc., a Cleveland-based waste and recycling hauler serving Cuyahoga County since 1996, needed a way to better align its operations with sustainability goals while maintaining strong customer service. Working with Rubicon through its independent hauler network, the company supported residents, contractors, institutions, and businesses with roll-off, front load container, and dump truck services.

With Rubicon, Pete & Pete Container Service focused on diverting more material from landfill into recycling streams and converting waste into commodities. Using its sister company Boyas Recycling and on-site sorting and processing capabilities, the company recycled more than 4 million pounds of cardboard, 25,000 tons of clean fill, 35,000 tons of concrete, 7,000 yards of organics, and over 20,000 yards of metal in the prior year, helping reduce direct burial and strengthen its circular economy impact.
