Full Sun Composting, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, needed help building and scaling a composting operation in a market where organics diversion was still a young industry. To support its weekly residential pickups and three-times-weekly restaurant and business service, the company began working with Rubicon and its hauling platform in September 2018.

Rubicon helped Full Sun Composting support its mission to keep food scraps and other organics in the food cycle by connecting it with a partner network for collection and growth. As a result, Full Sun Composting became the only compost hauler in the Tulsa area, serving customers with 5-gallon and 48-gallon toters and helping expand local participation in composting and the circular economy.
