F&L Construction, a Washington, D.C.-based minority-owned construction and demolition firm, needed a partner to support its growing waste and recycling operations across the region. Since 2015, the company has worked with Rubicon to help manage trash and recyclables removal as it expanded into broader solid waste and recycling services.

Rubicon supported F&L Construction’s mission to divert material from landfills by enabling a stronger focus on recycling, food waste, used tire recycling, and other sustainable initiatives. The partnership has helped F&L continue growing its operations to 30 trucks and more than 50 employees, while advancing community support, green building sustainability, and future plans for real-time service visibility and renewable energy solutions.
