Compost Crusader, based in St. Francis, Wisconsin, needed support as it expanded its composting operations and educated commercial and residential customers about source separation and organic waste diversion. Rubicon partnered with Compost Crusader to help service customers interested in composting solutions and advance both companies’ shared mission to reduce waste.

With Rubicon’s support, Compost Crusader has grown since 2017 into a four-truck operation serving 200 commercial customers across southeastern Wisconsin. The partnership has helped Compost Crusader continue converting organic waste into compost, strengthening its circular-economy model and positioning the company for future expansion into Milwaukee and Madison.
