634AI is an industrial indoor mobility company focused on making warehouse, factory, airport, and hospital floor tasks safer, more controlled, and more autonomous. Its challenge was that traditional AMRs can be expensive, hard to scale, and limited by onboard computing, narrow fields of view, and interoperability issues across different robot vendors.

To solve this, 634AI used RTI Connext DDS as the real-time connectivity layer for its MAESTRO control tower, enabling near-zero-latency communication over Wi‑Fi between the central system and AMRs. RTI’s software helped 634AI deliver a centralized, interoperable Robot-as-a-Service platform with real-time floor mapping, obstacle detection, and continuous tracking, reducing collision-related costs, lowering maintenance needs, and eliminating upfront capital expenditures and vendor lock-in.
