Resource Innovations delivered a three‑phase solution—initial site launch, a rebranded Marketplace v2.0 consolidating residential and SMB experiences, and automated customer validation via API integration with iEnergy—allowing streamlined ordering, targeted offers, and incentive adjustments. The marketplace produced measurable results: 35,042 Efficient Bundles fulfilled (about 35,000 in the first 12 months), 12% of residential customers placed orders, plus 4,100 smart thermostats, 2,700 EV chargers, ~400 heat pump water heaters sold through limited offers, and increased customer engagement and adoption of energy‑saving measures.
