JEA’s Fleet Electrification Program embraces the drive for change

Resource Innovations implemented a two‑path program (self‑service TCO tool plus up to four months of individualized advisory support for larger fleets), provided market-size estimates and cost‑effectiveness modeling for annual goal setting, and connected customers to JEA’s Electrification Rebate Program. Early measurable impacts include $15,000 in incentives distributed in the program’s first three months and enrollment from 14 customers; Resource Innovations’ analysis also delivered projected load‑growth and revenue estimates that helped JEA streamline adoption, reduce barriers, and improve customer confidence in switching to EVs.
