SAIC Consolidates and Optimizes its GRC Initiatives by Implementing RSA Archer

SAIC, a leading technology integrator with about 13,000 employees and roughly $4 billion in annual revenue, faced rising governance, risk and compliance (GRC) costs and an inability to consolidate GRC data enterprise‑wide. Manual, spreadsheet‑based processes and reliance on tribal knowledge made it difficult to gather reliable information and demonstrate compliance.

Working with partner CyberSheath, SAIC implemented RSA Archer to create a single, factual source of GRC data and automate previously manual workflows. The Archer platform gave SAIC complete visibility across security, risk management, SOCs, vendor assessments and incident response, significantly reduced GRC costs, eliminated manual processes, and improved compliance assurance and operational efficiency.
