A RSA Security Case Study
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, part of Raiffeisen Bank International, needed to improve cost efficiency and modernize its IT security risk management. Its established methodology was largely managed in Excel, creating heavy manual work, slow analysis and inconsistent processes across the group.
The bank deployed a centralized RSA Archer solution (Enterprise and Risk Management modules), migrating its existing methodology and preserving executive risk scoring while connecting about 100 security officers across regions. The new system reduced manual effort, standardized operations, delivered advanced reporting for executives and the board, and improved overall efficiency and data security, with plans to expand additional modules over time.
