Leading Healthcare Company partnered with RR Donnelley to support a major pandemic response initiative: delivering approximately 3 million wellness kits to vulnerable members. The project presented significant supply chain challenges, including a compressed three-month timeline, the need for rapid capacity ramp-up, regulatory compliance, staffing during COVID-19, and material shortages.

RR Donnelley provided a highly scalable, multi-site supply chain and fulfillment solution, including sourcing and inventory management for 57 million kit components, packaging design and production, HIPAA and cGMP-compliant kit assembly, and delivery fulfillment to members’ homes. With a control tower approach and close client collaboration, RR Donnelley helped the healthcare company successfully deliver close to three million wellness packs on a very short timeline.
