Largest Managed Care Organization partnered with RR Donnelley to improve member engagement during the pandemic by sending care kits. The organization needed a one-stop, end-to-end solution for building the kits in-house, including sourcing items and boxes, producing printed materials, and managing cGMP compliance.

RR Donnelley designed and fulfilled two Medicare member kits — a wellness kit and a fall prevention kit — complete with customized boxes, letters, and branded promotional items. RR Donnelley also mailed advance postcards, staggered shipments to reduce call center volume, and sized the boxes to fit rural mailboxes, helping minimize delivery refusals and returns while delivering a high-quality, consistent member experience.
