RR Donnelley (RRD) worked with a large university in the Southeast to transform its visitor center into a more immersive, brand-forward experience after a rebranding initiative. The university wanted to use its walls to tell a compelling story for prospective students, but it needed a signage solution that would deliver exact, consistent use of its signature color across different surfaces and materials.

RR Donnelley created a large-format custom printed vinyl wall covering to provide brand-consistent color across thousands of square feet of wall space, along with UV direct prints-to-acrylic signs mounted with standoffs for flexible, easy updates. The result was an attractive, cohesive visitor center filled with campus stories, imagery, and messaging that aligned with the university’s refreshed style guide, all delivered and installed on a tight timeline.
