RRD Donnelley implemented an end-to-end supply chain solution that managed suppliers, inventory, returns, quality and regulatory compliance, pack-out, and direct-to-patient shipping, while integrating with the client’s systems. RRD also helped create a standardized monthly convenience pack to simplify the model further, resulting in reduced inventory and storage costs, simplified order acquisition, increased warehouse space availability, reduced logistics costs, and an overall reduction in supply chain complexity.
