Large Medicare Advantage Provider worked with RR Donnelley to improve a critical annual notice of change (ANOC) mailing process. RR Donnelley implemented an end-to-end ANOC program that included translation into threshold languages, book optimization, freight consolidation, and piece-level reporting. After seven ANOC seasons, the provider grew from 1 million to 5 million units produced across 10 RR Donnelley Healthcare Solutions facilities nationwide, including a 2.5 million unit increase in the most recent plan year, while improving timing, compliance, and ROI.
