RR Donnelley integrated post-processing controls with the client’s legacy Metacode file, organized and batched more than 1,200 retirement plans, and streamlined the production workflow using cut-sheet imagers. The solution enabled RR Donnelley to deliver 550,000 quarterly statements on schedule, while also helping the client consolidate vendors, improve space utilization, redeploy staff to core tasks, and access newer production technologies.
