RR Donnelley helped address this ADA/508 accessibility challenge with support for Braille statement processing, along with E-Text and Screen Reader options when needed.

RR Donnelley worked with accessibility partners to create a semi-automated Braille statement processing model triggered by data attached to files, making it easier to meet accessibility requirements. As a result, Large Mortgage Company became ADA/508 compliant and improved customer service for blind, visually impaired, and hearing-impaired borrowers.
