RR Donnelley conducted a comprehensive communications management assessment, reviewing supplier data and interviewing nine internal departments across marketing, production, digital asset management, reporting, and supply chain analytics. The assessment identified more than 400 suppliers and $20 million in spend, along with major opportunities for consolidation and control; it also uncovered 15–18% in hard-dollar savings opportunities.
