The Non-Profit Community Healthcare Company, a not-for-profit community healthcare network with two main hospitals and five urgent care centers, relied on RR Donnelley for more than 20 years to manage forms, labels, and related print services. As a new facility was being opened, the client faced added strain because an existing hospital’s management team had to handle the new location’s forms administration on an interim basis, creating a risk to a smooth launch.

RR Donnelley implemented CustomPoint, an end-to-end print management solution, and wrapped the new facility under the existing agreement to streamline ordering and billing across both locations. The solution centralized ordering, fulfillment, content customization, and campaign management, helping staff review inventory, place orders, approve proofs, and track shipments while reducing invoice reconciliation time. RR Donnelley also eliminated buyers from the ordering process and removed the client’s warehouse from receiving and distribution, improving efficiency and supporting the successful opening of the new facility.
