RPOWER gives Schnippers & Thunderbuns Better Online Ordering

Schnippers, a fast-casual comfort-food chain (and sister concept Thunderbuns) expanding across Manhattan, faced mounting problems as online ordering grew: their national POS couldn’t queue or prioritize orders from GrubHub and Seamless, struggled under high traffic, and suffered extended downtime and poor support. To meet the need for high-volume transactions and multi-channel integration, Schnippers selected RPOWER POS with local support from GCS Computers, Inc.

RPOWER POS was deployed front-of-house and for pickup/delivery management, adding cashier and delivery stations, a kitchen video screen to prioritize and route orders by channel, and integrations with Seamless, GrubHub, Atware Tech, cloud reporting, Compeat and Hotschedules (with UberEats in beta). The quick install (live by lunch) and minimal training, plus 24/7 local support from GCS, led to significant time savings, drastically fewer order errors, streamlined menu management across apps, improved back-of-house productivity, EMV compliance, and real-time sales and labor visibility — all delivered by RPOWER POS.
