Sparebank 1 Group’s Samspar team, responsible for RPA operations across 10 regional banks, faced the challenge of orchestrating and monitoring more than 300 Blue Prism processes with different business requirements. Their existing static scheduling approach was time-consuming, inefficient with license capacity, and often slower than necessary. RPA Supervisor enabled Samspar to move from static schedule-based orchestration to an SLA-driven model, and it was implemented in just two weeks. The results were significant: FTE costs for the CoE were reduced by 68% after one week in production, operational instabilities were nearly eliminated, and no controller actions were needed during a three-week summer development freeze.
