a major mattress retail company was facing challenges with redundant customer communications after a Salesforce CRM deduplication project. Records deleted in the CRM were not being automatically removed from the marketing cloud. The company engaged Royal Cyber to find a solution to this integration problem.

Royal Cyber implemented a solution integrating Elasticsearch. A MuleSoft batch job was used to fetch duplicate records from Elasticsearch and send them to Salesforce Marketing Cloud for deletion, while also storing the Operation ID back in Elasticsearch. This eliminated the need for manual tracking and synchronization, resulting in an 80% reduction in manual sync efforts and providing a single view of the customer relationship.
