A Royal Cyber Case Study
A national rent-to-own retailer was struggling with low conversion rates on its product detail pages due to visual competition between key elements. Internal stakeholders disagreed on a solution, and every potential change carried significant revenue risk. Royal Cyber partnered with the retailer to implement a data-backed decision framework using Optimizely Web Experimentation.
Royal Cyber designed and executed a controlled A/B/n test, running two design variations against the original page. The winning variation, which simplified the visual hierarchy and elevated the call-to-action, delivered statistically significant uplifts across all key metrics, including a 4.3% increase in finance order capture conversion. This test, which ran on over 215,000 visitors, provided the data to confidently promote the winning variation to 100% of traffic, mitigating risk and driving substantial revenue growth.
