The solution integrated with back-end systems and utilized analytics to deliver tailored product recommendations. This resulted in a dramatic boost in performance, including cross-sell conversion increasing from 7% to 15% and up-sell conversion from 17% to 27%, contributing to a conversion boost of up to 114% and higher average order values that safeguarded the company's profitability.
