Royal 4 Systems (vendor) recognized this need and partnered around Voxware’s voice picking software to offer a configurable, easy-to-deploy voice solution for warehouse operations.

Royal 4 Systems integrated Voxware’s open voice software with its Warehouse Management System and began reselling the voice solution to provide a hands-free picking environment. The integration accelerated deployments, increased picking productivity and accuracy, and validated the standards-based approach—enabling Royal 4 Systems customers to adopt voice picking across distribution centers and expanding market reach for both Royal 4 Systems and Voxware.
