Klein Bros, a family-owned 3PL and snack production company based in Stockton, California, faced the need to replace an unsupported Great Plains ERP and an inadequate warehouse management system. Controller Sherry Rita evaluated multiple options and selected Royal 4 Systems’ WISE ERP and WMS for its ease of use, integrated accounting and warehouse functionality, and its ability to meet Klein Bros’ specific customer data needs.

Royal 4 Systems implemented the WISE solution to deliver integrated ERP/WMS operations, real-time retrieval and transmission of manufacturer numbers, best‑by dates, customer item numbers and lot numbers, and to maintain separate income statements and inventory for the Snack and Warehousing divisions. The deployment smoothed the transition from Great Plains, improved customer reporting and fulfillment for major clients, and has supported Klein Bros’ large, 300,000 sq ft operation through eight years of ongoing partnership with Royal 4 Systems.
