International Intimates, a global apparel distributor of ladies’ and children’s clothing, faced chronic inventory and space challenges in its 75,000 sq. ft. Edison, NJ warehouse—managing some 8,000 SKUs, handling three to four inbound containers daily, and suffering late shipments that hurt customer satisfaction as they expanded with a new Bon Bébé line. To address these issues they selected Royal 4 Systems’ WISE WMS software to better manage logistics and warehouse operations.
