QleanAir Scandinavia (QAS), a modular cleanroom manufacturer, needed a new control system to provide its global customers with reliable remote monitoring and adjustment of cleanroom conditions. They partnered with automation vendor RoviSys to develop a purpose-built system that could track real-time and historical data, automatically adjust settings, and enable virtual troubleshooting.

RoviSys designed a new monitoring system using an array of building automation controls, Tridium Niagara 4 interface, and AWS cloud infrastructure. This provided secure, remote access to data and control of each cleanroom's environmental systems. The solution implemented by RoviSys successfully increased the reliability and uptime of QAS cleanrooms while reducing operational and maintenance costs, leading to a notable increase in customer satisfaction.
