The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) needed to develop a robust preventative maintenance program for instrumentation at its Southerly Renewable Energy Facility. Their existing system was underutilized, leading to excessive unplanned repairs and an inability to forecast maintenance budgets. RoviSys was selected to address this challenge and implement a new program.

RoviSys executed an 18-month plan involving an audit, baseline, and verification phase to fully configure the facility's CMMS. The solution integrated an existing Rockwell Automation AssetCentre to leverage HART communication and established a networked calibration database. As a result, RoviSys helped NEORSD achieve an 86% reduction in unplanned repairs and a 42% increase in plant availability.
