RoviSys was engaged by a large, US-based pharmaceutical company to address data integrity and manual process challenges at its Singapore production facility. The client's aging parts washer skid systems lacked audit trails, historical data storage, and visual diagnostics, while quality assurance relied on operators manually comparing printed cycle logs, leading to production inefficiencies.

RoviSys implemented a solution upgrading the HMI to a Siemens WinCC-based Industrial PC, integrated with PM-Control and PM-Quality add-ons. This provided an intuitive P&ID display, automated audit trails, user access controls, and fully automated, real-time cycle reporting. The results eliminated manual log checks, fulfilled data integrity requirements, and enabled faster decision-making. The success led the client to commission RoviSys to upgrade two additional washer skids and automate reports for other systems.
